A preacher of the good news, a visionary, who claims to converse telepathically with God, is in Tacna (Peru). He is Chilean and has left his country to follow divine commands. The case may seem extremely strange, but we offer it to our readers through the dialogue we held. It is about Luis Antonio Soto Romero, a 40-year-old from Arica, who has worked in electricity since he was twelve, having recently worked for the Chilean Electron Company. Smiling, he entered our office carrying a tube under his arm, and in a friendly tone asked to talk to us. Once inside, he placed his load on one of the desks, and took out a series of large sheets, on silk paper, handwritten, and with large colored drawings. The first impression was surprise, but as I began to talk with him, I became more and more interested. Here is the result of this interview.
How do you define yourself?
One by spiritual principle is the last to make himself known. Since I was a child I have had telepathic conversation with Father Jehovah. Six years ago he gave me a dictation that was the first writing I received. In that dictation I was given the choice, by virtue of human free will, between two paths: Either to continue in my free conception, or to be at His command, in writing. It was a choice. I chose to stay with what is His because it is eternal.
Luis Antonio Soto claims to have written more than 3000 pages, he writes one a day, he has a draft entitled: Telepathic Orders from my divine Father Jehovah – Titles of future plans.
Could you tell us some of those titles?
BETWEEN THE SO-CALLED CAPITALISM AND THE DIVINE EQUALITY TAUGHT BY THE FATHER, THERE IS AN INFINITE DIFFERENCE; THE FRUIT OF CAPITALISM IS A SHORT, EPHEMERAL PROFIT. THE FRUIT OF EQUALITY TAUGHT BY THE FATHER IS ETERNAL.-
EVERY HUMAN SPIRIT THAT MADE PROMISES TO THE FATHER CAME FROM A PLACE IN THE UNIVERSE WHERE EVERYONE LIVED IN EQUALITY; THE TEST OF HUMAN LIFE CONSISTED IN PRESERVING ON THE DISTANT PLANET EARTH THE SAME EQUALITY LIVED AT THE POINT OF ORIGIN.-

Will the revelations you receive spread or are they limited?
The revelation will spread throughout the world in the form of knowledge. The revelation will not have the characteristics that human beings usually give it, because the Father has free will, like the children, what is above is the same as what is below. The Creator is so infinite that he does not imitate his children. The revelation was requested by human beings in a universal way. The revelation will be called by the world as: The Doctrine of the Lamb of God, many will call it: Celestial Science. This revelation was announced in the scriptures in the Apocalypse of John: The triumph of the lamb.
What do you think about reincarnation?
Every spirit is born again, and reincarnation is the same thing. A law can be expressed in many ways and it is the same law. To know lives one must be born again.
How do you conceive the coming universe?
There is only one universe, as there is only one God, the Thinking Expansive Universe, and within this universe, which at no moment has limits, is everything that the mind has created. Everything colossal in the universe was microscopic, because it is written that one must be microscopic and humble in order to become great in the Kingdom of Heaven.
Do you know Lobsang Rampa, what is your opinion of him?
Lobsang’s spirituality is advanced, because it touches on eternal laws. Western spirituality is influenced by a strange psychology that comes from the laws of gold. Gold speaks before the Father because it was created by Himself.
Do you believe in extraterrestrial existence?
There is life in all the worlds of the universe, because from the microscopic idea that each mind generates daily, microscopic planets are born. That is why it was written: Each one makes his own heaven. Because all the planets, however small they may be, are surrounded by an empty heaven, like the planet we walk on.
And heaven and hell?
Hell is created by the same mind when it is evil. Bad ideas, when they spring from darkness, their creatures will have the same evil thinking that the mind that gave rise to the bad idea generated. Heaven is the same macro-cosmos, where everything is gigantic, where matter converses with spirit. From good ideas the future paradise worlds are born.
What future awaits the world?
The underdeveloped nations will unify into a single power, which will be the greatest power that the Earth has ever known. This will make the so-called great powers subordinate to the small ones, but the world will enter into a universal government, because the Father Jehovah will spread a new psychology. The unification will be parallel to the extension of the Doctrine of the Lamb of God. Just as men make great revolutions in their peoples, the Father makes them infinitely greater, because what comes from the Father has no limits in anything imagined.

Luis Soto Romero, who calls himself THE LAMB OF GOD, has made available to the public his scrolls, which contain the Telepathic Scripture, dictated by Father Jehovah, for more than six years, constituting a rich heritage of religiosity. The scrolls of DIVINE REVELATION, according to what Soto Romero said, are more than 3000. Part of these dictations, copied by hand, and on long sheets of greaseproof paper, have been displayed in the Auditorium Hall of the GUE Francisco Antonio de Zela, since yesterday. These testimonies have been specially pasted on the walls of this place, and students of both sexes, and older people, look at them with a halo of indecision, before the writing and graphics that it contains. Soto Romero said to CORREO: I thank the Director of NEC 02, Guillermo Gamero Nieto, for giving preference to what is of God. The duration of the exhibition will be relative to the interest of the community. It can be visited from 8 in the morning until 7 at night. Alpha and Omega: The revelation will be transmitted to all the languages of the world, because what God is is universal; the Doctrine of the Lamb of God will have the pseudonym Alpha and Omega. Its drawings alpha and omega, because they do not go outside the line or the circle.

Alpha and Omega: from the bodies of the solar fathers (who made the flying saucer), magnetic fluids of all colors came out; and I saw the birth of solar molecules. Then the solar fathers impregnated their own individuality in the matter, and made them quieter. If some make noise, it is because music, noise, and all vibrations from the cosmos have been materialized in them. In these ships, all planetary research is written in living archives. That is to say, from distant planets or suns, the solar mind is expressed in such archives.
Alpha and Omega: In the manufacture of the so-called UFOs, a solar unit participates, unique because of its microscopic nature, which is called the solar cherub, cherub means: Wanting to become; that is to say, the cherub, which like the human spirit, perfects and evolves. Strange telepath amazes in Lima
GUIDED BY FATHER JEHOVAH, HE WRITES A THOUSAND WORDS A DAY AND MAKES EXTRAORDINARY DRAWINGS
The Final Judgement will be nation by nation, man by man, molecule by molecule, eye by eye, tooth by tooth, and it is closer than we imagine, says Luis Soto Romero, a Chilean who is causing a stir in Lima with his writings, which he says are telepathically inspired by the God Jehovah. This strange character writes on huge sheets of paper, like butter, which he calls rolls. One sheet holds about 1000 handwritten words. He does not use a ruler, and yet the writing is straight. Apart from writing, on most of the papers, he makes beautiful and strange colored drawings, of great inspiration, and different from those of any other painter. In the drawings you can see flying saucers, planets, galaxies, maps of the world with whimsical lines, designs of ideas, and many other forms that the author takes care to explain in detail.
Crazy or brilliant?
When you know about his work, many people may think that he is a person whose mind is failing. But people who see his writings and drawings don’t think that way. In fact, they are amazed by the uniqueness of his work and by the patience he has to write so much (he has 4,000 large papers already written and continues to fill more pages every day). The explanation on a piece of paper gives the telepath Soto material to talk for several hours with great reason. According to Soto, his writings reveal the Final Judgement, with which begins the third doctrine, which begins Jehovah in the Peruvian flock. In addition, he says that the Scrolls of the Lamb, as he calls his writings, are prophesied in the Bible. They will explain the origin of all things. Since God is universal, the revelation will be translated into all the languages of the Earth, he assures.
Then he adds: Revelation, coming from the divine will of God, does not need propaganda. It will spread equally, with or without controversy.
He then continues: Revelation will not raise any material temple, as was the custom of men, during the life of the test.
He then states: Revelation does not come from human knowledge, because humans did not create the planet, they created humans. From the same place where the elements were created, and the planet itself, comes divine revelation.
The telepath affirms that revelation comes from the suns Alpha and Omega of the macrocosm, also called the Kingdom of Heaven. And he maintains that the revelation of Father Jehovah, having no end, invades everything. If God’s creation is infinite, the explanation of the origin of all things is also infinite.
As for the Final Judgment – it will not be the end of the world – he says that it begins with the most microscopic thing that every creature possesses. He begins to judge idea by idea, starting at the age of twelve (childhood or innocence has no judgment, every child up to the age of twelve is blessed). The judgment judges molecule by molecule, cell by cell, eye by eye, tooth by tooth, because matter and spirit asked for God’s judgment in their respective laws.
God’s patience is infinite – he continues – he waits until the last moment, but the time has come to end the strange system of life of gold, and with the divisions, because nobody asked for the division, only Satan divides.
In another of his writings he points out that the so-called Third World will be the world of unity, and the greatest force on the planet that nobody will destroy. He points out that those who have suffered: the exploited, the deceived, will be the first in the Kingdom of Heaven, as Jesus said.
The fact that he receives messages, or suggestions from the God Jehovah – says Soto – does not mean that he wants to form a new religious sect to separate men. The name of Jehovah is not important either, because God can be called: I am who I am, the Supreme Intelligence, etc.
A curious explanation that he gives is that he communicates with the God Jehovah at all times: He talks to me at all times, day and night, he gives me advice, and he always treats me affectionately as a little son.
Apart from talking, he also sees God: I see him big, crossing worlds of worlds, but I usually see God very small. He stands on the tip of my pencil, on the eraser, in the cup of coffee. Other times I see him inside my body, appreciating how the blood flows like rivers. —Hasn’t it been said that God is everywhere? — Well, I see him and feel him everywhere. He underlines.
Esoteric scholars, who have contemplated his works, and listened to his conferences, say that he is predestined to bring revelations to the planet. In lectures he has given at the Peruvian Institute of Interplanetary Relations (where they study UFOs) and at various spiritualist institutions, he has spoken for up to seven hours at a time, explaining his revelations.
The telepath dresses humbly, and has no other desire in life than to make his writings known to the world. He is an electronics technician, and worked for a time at a television station in the city of Arica. Here in Lima, numerous friends are helping him these days, while he obtains his residence in Peru. Afterwards he wants to get a job that will give him time to devote himself to writing.
A part of his writings, which add up to 300 large papers, and which explain the construction of flying saucers, will be published in a book by Editorial Kosmos, which brought him to Lima to exclusively publish his literary works. Once the 300 sheets are typed, they will yield several hundred typewritten papers.
Meanwhile, Soto continues writing all the time, and he comes up with wonderful phrases that amaze those who see him write all the time, mechanically, as if his hand were guiding him.

ILLUMINATED MAN WHO TALKS TO GOD IS IN LIMA
Luis Soto Romero, a Chilean telepath, author of writings called The Scrolls of the Lamb of God, is perhaps one of the chosen ones of the universe, and the living testimony that everything exists within man and outside of him. They are manifestations of a limitless intelligence, where there are no beginnings or ends. Brother Soto, as he is called, surprises with his knowledge of the Gospel, without having read it, without possessing academic titles, or exercising activities in intellectual circles.
Any question, simple or erudite, he answers with spontaneous ease in sententious phrases. Personally, very simple and accessible, he lacks the exoticism and the halo that surrounds the many Christs that appear from time to time. He does not wear long hair or tangled, showy beards, nor does he wear tunics or clothes different from other people. He does not preach in squares and streets, he does not belong to any religious group, he does not offer consultations, nor does he predict the individual future of anyone. His means of communication is different, as we will see later. This solitary missionary walks around in a shirt, with a clean-shaven face and somewhat gray hair, very short.
Telepathy is an innate gift in Him. But it is not telepathy from person to person, in which a person receives the transmission of another’s thought at a distance. What Brother Soto possesses is universal telepathy, that is, he captures thoughts that come from the universe. From the age of 7, he says that he felt electric current vibrations in his body. And after the age of 30, he began to visualize ideas or clear mental images, just like a color film.
Among these images, he made contact with a superior person, whom he identifies with the name of: Father Jehovah, who appears to him daily to speak to him about facts that science cannot explain, until now, and things that can prevent the extinction of the human race.
To speak with Jehovah, he does not need to enter into a trance, or resort to special states of mental concentration. His connection is made under normal conscious conditions.
Fully awake and in full use of my reason, I hear the voice of the Father, just as if someone were speaking to me. I see the images of the universe that surrounds him as if my mind were soaring freely into the infinite. I feel his presence in the veins of my body and I see him in every object that my eyes reach or my hands touch. However, it is not in my will to call him. He is the one who calls me at any time and wherever I am. There is no hour, day, or place indicated to know the moment of his calls —he explains his experiences.
The Scrolls of the Lamb of God
They are not simple conversations with Jehovah. He is the chosen one of the supreme God, to spread throughout the world his message that he dictates with careful regularity. For years, Soto has been faithfully copying them in manuscript, on special paper, about 60 centimeters wide by one meter high, similar to maps folded in scrolls. Almost all the scrolls have illustrations of drawings representing geometric lines, triangles, UFOs, bodies wrapped in auras, molecules, and an infinity of mystical allegories. The plan entrusted to Brother Soto consists of 10,000 scrolls or titles, of which he has written, under the pseudonym of Alpha and Omega, about 4000 scrolls.
But his mission does not end only in writing the scrolls. He must bring them to the knowledge of the peoples and nations, and make them circulate throughout the planet. Will he achieve his objectives? Will human beings come to understand the content of the messages? Will there be salvation for man? What is evident is that Brother Soto is fulfilling the enormous task entrusted to him by Jehovah. He has sent 300 scrolls to the Institute of Spiritual Extension in Santiago, Chile. Some 2,000 are in Tibet, from where they will continue to other towns, and the rest are circulating in different cities in America. There are no signed charges or receipt guides. Each scroll is protected by the invisible eyes of the Lord, so that they are not lost or damaged. No recipient pays the cost of the scrolls, and after a few years they will all return to his possession.
How does Alfa y Omega live? How does he finance the acquisition of the expensive papers he uses and the work material? How does he pay the corresponding shipping costs? These are questions that He answers with simplicity: God provides for his creatures by placing in their path the people who will help them and the necessary means that they will need. Those who deal with him and know him in Lima say that his words have been made clear here.
Soto was born in the desert city of Antofagasta (Chile) and is a specialized electronics technician. He has worked for several years at Channel 3 in Antofagasta, and for several others at Electron Chilena (components industry) in Arica. But years ago he left those earthly jobs to dedicate himself to the immaterial and telepathic secretarial work under the persona of Alpha and Omega.
He arrived in Lima about two months ago (for only one week), responding to the invitation of an editor, but he had to stay because he has decided to publish two books that will be titled: How to build a flying saucer, dictated by Jehovah, and The origin of molecules, the originals of which he is writing right here. Nobody, except the editor, knew about the arrival of Brother Soto, but within a few days he was surrounded by attentive brothers, fighting for the right to have him in their house.
AT THE THRESHOLD OF THE UNIVERSE
Below we note the concepts of Alpha and Omega, about certain enigmas that men still cannot explain or explain themselves.
Journalist: Is the Earth part of a universal plan?
The Earth, and millions of civilized planets, are test planets, in which intelligent beings, endowed with the ability to think, and owners of free will to decide, create philosophies, doctrines, systems… love, hate, disagree, and fight to impose their ideas. Man can reach unlimited levels of mental perfection, or perish between the blindness of his egoism, his errors and his obstinacy.
In the great infinite, we belong to the microcosm, and outside is the macrocosm, which man will only reach if he develops his mind. The solar cherub, where we are, represents the smallest unit of things. The entire Expansive Thinking Universe of Father Jehovah is composed of solar cherubs, and every molecule is subordinated to the solar cherub. Cherub means in revelation: wanting to become.
Journalist Will man be able to develop ships for trips to other galaxies?
He is capable of doing so, but he will not be able to perfect ships to travel through the universe, because he will be surprised by the Final Judgement. In the letter J, on a long alley in Lince, on the top floor of a jewelry store, for a few moments disturbed by the shouts of little neighbors, we talked with Luis Soto Romero. Chilean, from Antofagasta, a man with very short hair and a high, shrill voice. Half an hour before, a small man said to me: Come in, the teacher is waiting for you. And the teacher came down the stairs, and asked: Trade? Then he talked about what seems to be his passion, that is, the many rolls of papers on which, in small, blue letters, he has written: THE WORD OF GOD. The small man keeps calling him teacher and is placing before our eyes dozens of rolls of paper on which there are nervous traces that we can barely distinguish.
It is not every day that one talks with someone who claims, and re-claims, to be ENVOY OF GOD. It is not every noon, either, that one gets into a taxi and, loaded with rolls of paper, crosses the city with a man who does not stop talking, and who takes advantage of the traffic lights to mention flying saucers, how he began to hear the voice of Jehovah, and to assure, with a conviction, that we only believed we had heard from salesmen to succeed in life, to succeed in love, and everything goes our way just by wishing it.
We have entered the newspaper, tired of rolls and heat, also of words… Who is this man who has not stopped talking the whole trip, and who carries his papers, without difficulty, up the stairs of the newspaper? I asked myself this question and Soto Romero answered me: I AM A SON OF GOD. I AM HIS MAILED. A little stunned, because the heat was infernal, or because his answer surprised me by how unexpected and direct it was, I decided to keep quiet until we reached the editorial office. Then, we began to talk:

L. SOTO ROMERO.- I already told you. I am a Son of God. Since I was seven years old I have received telepathic communication with the divine Father Jehovah. I was that age, and I began to receive vibrations in which there were beings from Alpha and Omega of the Trino galaxy. This increased over time.
P. A.- You speak of telepathy, Mr. Soto.
SOTO ROMERO.- Excuse me? teacher, please.
P. A.- Teacher, please! What were those communications like?

SOTO ROMERO.- Have you not read the gospel? Solar Christ is the Son of God, who in the divine gospel is said to come shining like a sun of wisdom. When He said: On this rock I will build my church, He said only one. Because He had already announced that only Satan divides. In the divine Final Judgement of the year 2001, the Son of God will not recognize the plurality of beliefs.
P.A.- And how do you know this?
SOTO ROMERO.- Because the warning was already in the divine Gospel. When it says: On a rock I will build my church.
P.A.- Does this not seem like an excess of interpretation to you?
SOTO ROMERO.- No. God’s warnings always unify his children.
P.A.- This seems like an excess of optimism to me. You see, for a long time, God has been warning his children – to call them something – and we must know that these gentlemen are not exactly unified.
SOTO ROMERO.- The test of human life consisted in having created a single psychology of the Gospel of God.
P.A.- Psychology of the Gospel?
SOTO ROMERO.- Psychology of the Gospel is the interpretation that each individual gives to the Gospel, to the word of God. Because it was taught that he who seeks finds. Now, if the planet Earth was not unified in a single belief in God, it was due to those who interpreted what God said, they did not agree. Divine judgment falls upon them. This is why the divine Father wrote: Strange morality. He was referring to the morality of those who never agreed on the planet. The triumph of humanity before God would have been if men had presented God with a unified planet. But since they did not do so, that is the fall of men.

UFOS HAVE SEVERAL BASES IN PERU, SAYS CHILEAN SEER

UFOs come from other galaxies and have bases on our planet. In Peru they have chosen Chanchamayo, Nazca, Lake Titicaca, and especially the Pacific Ocean, off our coast, for their bases.
This is what Chilean seer Luis Soto Romero claims. He claims that he has been in permanent contact with Jehovah since he was seven years old.
He puts each conversation on paper, even with drawings. He showed ÚLTIMA HORA 4000 of what he calls scrolls, one and a half meters long by 50 centimeters wide.
300 scrolls refer to flying saucers, and which he calls a new universal alphabet, with characters based on geometries, similar to the Chinese.
He claims that as a child he saw UFOs in Antofagasta, and now most recently in Chanchamayo. Soto has been in Lima for a year and a half, and plans to stay here until Jehovah decides, but he recommends that people not become fanatic about flying saucers.
According to his revelations, UFOs come from other galaxies, and use solar science for their movements, which he describes as the mental capacity to do colossal things in the smallest unit of time.
He says that Christ demonstrated this energy when he ordered the seas and the winds. He also explained that there are living beings on other planets, because Jesus said: MY FATHER HAS MANY DWELLING PLACES, and when he said: WHAT IS ABOVE IS THE SAME AS WHAT IS BELOW.
He assures that UFOs have been on Earth since before man appeared, but in recent times, their mission is to collect the mental ideas of earthlings, and separate the good from the bad.
They —he adds— do not make personal contact, because they respect the development of a way of life, and they also respect the designs of God.
They also have a very advanced science, and are made up of solar hierarchies, which is why man has seen UFOs in various forms.
As for their existence, he states that the Bible announced them when it speaks of: FIREBALLS that cross space, and in the parables where it speaks of: SIGNS IN THE SKY.
